Compassionate In-Home Care for Children with Complex Medical
At Serenity at Heart Home Care, we understand that caring for a child with complex medical needs requires compassionate professionals, individualized care, and dependable support. We are proud to provide in-home pediatric services for children approved through North Carolina's Community Alternatives Program for Children (CAP/C).
Our goal is to help children receive high-quality care in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes while providing families with the support and peace of mind they deserve.
Serving ages: 0-20 years old

- Personal Care Assistance (PCA)
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Services
- Skilled Nursing Services (RN/LPN)
- Respite Care
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Mobility and Transfer Assistance
- Medication Assistance and Monitoring
- Feeding Assistance
- Companionship and Developmentally Appropriate Engagement
- Support for Children with Medical, Physical, and Developmental Disabilities
